Anyone else think that Justin Bieber ought to just move right in to his local courtroom? He's there often enough. His latest legal mishap has seen him sued for $100K for destroying a guy's cell phone after he was filmed utterly failing at a beer bong. That kind of epitomises the phrase 'sore loser', right?

Justin BieberIs there anyone left who hasn't sued Justin Bieber?

Just because he thinks he's bad does not mean that he can boss a beer bong, and the forfeit for that loss has been quite substantial. After someone decided to film the 'Sorry' singer while he attempted the drinking challenge at the Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month, he decided to respond by smashing up the person's phone. Clearly trying to avoid drawing attention to his slightly humiliating defeat, he managed to make sure everyone found out about it when the incident reached the authorities.

Not many phones are worth $100,000, but that's what Robert Earl Morgan managed to squeeze out of the Bieber beer bong blunder when his lawyer claimed that the damage cost him 5,000 travel pictures and videos, shots of his grandmother's 100th birthday and a number of business contacts that affected his financial situation. Morgan described Bieber as 'clearly a novice' when it came to the booze chugging task, according to TMZ.

That wasn't the last of Bieber's knavish antics for the night either; he was also allegedly seen burning rapper Post Malone on the arm with a cigarette, though the latter seemed unconcerned and continued his performance of 'White Iverson'. But wait, since when is smoking allowed inside a Texan nightclub?

Justin Bieber has previously tried to make amends for his unlawful and often disrespectful behaviour, but it seems he's struggling to break the habit. It's gonna cost him a lot of money in legal fees in the long run.
