Justin Bieber spread some festive cheer by handing out Christmas presents at a screening of his new concert movie in Los Angeles on Monday (16Dec13).
The singer is preparing to release Believe 3D, the follow-up to his 2011 documentary Never Say Never, later this month (Dec13) and he surprised devotees at a special preview screening of the film by attending in person.
Bieber took to the stage during the event at Los Angeles' El Capitan Theater to talk about his own deprived childhood, claiming he never had any toys growing up.
He told the audience, "I remember growing up with not a lot. (I) grew up with, you know, no toys and I wanna make sure each and every one of you have (sic) a great Christmas."
The Boyfriend hitmaker went on to hand out toys, including dolls and games, to the children in the crowd, inviting them all up on stage one-by-one to collect their gift.
He later wrote in a post on Twitter.com, "Surprised my beliebers at a screening of Believe movie & gave toys with the crew. Watching the movie with them. This is what it's all about."
