Justin Bieber might be trying to clean up his act, but his past continues to haunt him in the face of his neighbour, now suing the pop star for that egging one egging incident. Jeff Schwartz, aka the Biebs neighbour, who had his house egged at the beginning of last year, has filed a claim against the pop star, stating that the publicity of the story has harmed the reputation he's built up over 20 years in car sales media software.

That trademark smoulder won't be enough to get Bieber off the hook, if the lawsuit goes through.

The info comes via TMZ, who claim that Schwarz now wants $1 million in addition to the $80 000 damage charge he received back in October. The judge also sentenced him to some anger management therapy, which really seems to have done the trick - there've been no speeding or vandalism rumours around the Biebs in quite a while. So either he's mellowing out, or his PR team is getting really good at damage control.

Apparently, Schwartz served Bieber with an ultimatum earlier this week - either the star pay up the new charge, or his accuser will file a new suit. TMZ reports that Bieber's legal team refused to heed the threat, so Schwartz is now gearing up to go to court. In turn, JB's reps are disputing most of his claims.
