Pop superstar Justin Bieber has appealed to a U.S. judge to seal his upcoming videotaped deposition as he prepares to be quizzed over an alleged attack on a photographer in Miami, Florida.
The Baby hitmaker is fighting legal action from paparazzo Jeffrey Binion, who claims Bieber's bodyguard choked him and stole his camera on the singer's command in June (13).
Th 19 year old is set to share his side of the story in the case next month (Jan14), and his lawyers have requested that no copies of the original recording be made, because they feel "it is highly likely that the entire deposition will be published to the public".
They have also asked to have a say in who the deposition videographer will be, according to Tmz.com.
The lawsuit is just one of a string of legal troubles for Bieber - earlier this month (Dec13), he was accused of assaulting an Argentine photographer while on tour in South America, and in June (13), Bieber was slapped with another lawsuit from a California snapper, who claims the star kicked him following an incident in 2012.
