Another week, another Justin-Bieber-doing-something-bad story. This time, a Miami photographer is suing the little blighter claiming he had his bodyguards steal a digital camera memory card. According to TMZ.com, snapper Jeffrey Binion filed a police report on June 5 claiming Bieber's bodyguards attacked him while he was trying to take snaps of Justin outside Miami's Hit Factory recording studio.

Now, Binion says in a lawsuit that Bieber's bodyguard Hugo Hesny threw him against a wall, grabbed his throat and "displayed a gun" holstered under his shirt while some other heavies took the memory card out of his camera. Binion, who says he is a professional photographer and NOT a paparazzo, says he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering and mental anguish over the attack. His lawyer Russell S. Adler told TMZ.com, "Justin Bieber is now an adult, and he should act like one. He needs to learn that he cannot use bodyguards as weapons to harm innocent people. Bieber's violent behavior toward photographers must end, and he should take responsibility for his actions." He continued, "No amount of fame or fortune justifies Bieber's shameful and outrageous conduct. To send him that message and deter his misbehavior in the future, we will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law."

Adler - a high profile lawyer who has previously handed cases for ROSIE O'DONNELL - claims Bieber's heavy Hesney is not licensed to work as bodyguard in the state of Florida, nor does he have a concealed weapons permit. Oh oh.

As ever, Bieber's people have not commented.
