Back in 2013, photographer Jeffrey Binion filed a lawsuit against the pop superstar, claiming Bieber's bodyguard Hugo Hesny roughed him up while he was shooting pictures outside a recording studio in Florida.

MailOnline reports that Binion's attorney Mark DiCowden has now confirmed a settlement has been reached between his client and Bieber, saying the terms of the agreement are confidential. Binion filed the lawsuit  seeking unspecified damages. He claimed Hesny beat him up at the singer's command and forced him to delete the images he had taken.

Bieber's videotaped deposition in March last year regarding the incident was leaked to TMZ. When the lawyer asked about his on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez, Bieber put his head in his hands, sighed, and said "Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again," repeatedly.

It's not the first time the Believe hitmaker has had a run-in with a celebrity photographer. He also pleaded guilty last summer to reckless driving and resisting arrest following a Miami Beach incident in which he and a friend were accused of racing sports cars.
