Justin Bieber has been caught on camera getting into a fist-fight at the NBA finals in Cleveland this week – and apparently getting completely thrashed in the process.

TMZ obtained a 13-second video on Wednesday night (June 8th) at game 3 of the NBA finals in Cleveland against the Golden State Warriors. The 22 year old Canadian singer, who is dressed in the city’s team’s Cavaliers kit, appears to take a swipe to the head from an unknown assailant as he then tries to hit back – which goes badly.

Bieber appears to throw a punch in return, before the much larger man hits back and knocks the singer to the floor.

The source of the video remained unknown all of Thursday, and it was given the caption: “Justin Beiber [sic] getting his a** kicked”.

Earlier on in the evening, social media accounts reported that Bieber was booed when his face appeared on the jumbotron screen during the screen.

The incident follows a recent spate of unusual behaviour from Bieber, who is currently on his Purpose tour around North America. While initially promoting the record many months, the singer gave a lot of interviews in which he distanced himself from previous behaviour that had landed him in hot water with the authorities.

However, over the last month or so he’s halted his long-standing ‘meet and greets’ with fans, claiming they made him “emotionally exhausted to the point of depression”, and then announcing that he wouldn’t even be taking any more photographs with his adoring Beliebers.

In May, he also burst into tears on stage while performing in Philadelphia, and was reportedly sued for $100,000 for smashing somebody’s phone.
