Justin Bieber’s egging past is coming back to haunt him. With the LA County Sheriff’s Department’s investigation finished, the Department is now turning its findings over to the District Attorney’s office with a recommendation that Bieber be charged with vandalism. This news comes about a month after Justin was first accused of egging his neighbor’s house and causing around $20000 worth of damages. Since Bieber already has other charges hanging, he could be charged with either misdemeanor or felony on this one, according to E! News.

Bieber seems to be in high spirits lately, despite the looming charges.

"We dropped the case off to the D.A. today," Sheriff's Lt. Dave Thompson told E! News Thurdsay. "We did a search warrant and put a lot of work into it. Of course it's up to them...I want a felony filing," he added. "The kid needs to realize he can't do this."

The January 14th search was widely reported last month, causing speculation that any incriminating photos found on Bieber’s phone or drug paraphernalia in his home could get him into further trouble. The singer was not charged with anything back then, but his pal Lil Za, who has since been charged with felony possession of Ecstasy and Oxycontin, as well as damaging jail property for allegedly ripping a phone off the wall before he was to be released on bail, was not as lucky.

The sheriff's office will be pushing for a felony charge for Bieber.

Despite being charged for two separate incidents – a DUI in Miami and assault and battery in Toronto, with a possible third case hanging over his head, Justin doesn’t seemed at all fazed. The pop star spent the weekend in New York for a round of Super Bowl parties and is now in Atlanta, where he partied with Sean "Diddy" Combs, Rick Ross and Jermaine Dupri at the nightclub Vanquish last night.
