Kanye West is reportedly not back living with wife Kim Kardashian and their two children after being released from hospital on Wednesday.
The rapper is said to living apart from his family for the time being, as he receives outpatient care, following his discharge from UCLA’s Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, following a nine day stay.
Kanye and Kim are said to be temporarily living apart, as he continues his recovery
A source told People magazine: “He is receiving outpatient care somewhere else with a medical team.
“Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don’t know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care.”

The source adds that Kim was a constant presence by her husband’s bedside while he was in hospital, but she feels “overwhelmed” by the situation and is concerned for their two children, North and Saint.
“She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye,” the source added. “There are frustrations and problems, like any relationship, but they love each other deeply.”

Following Kanye’s release from hospital on Wednesday, Kim threw a low-key early birthday party for son Saint, who turns one on December 5.
Speaking to E! News earlier in the week, a source said that both Saint and North "are very happy and don't really have any idea what's happening with their dad.” The source added that Kanye decided to leave hospital “for several reasons. Saint and North being one.”
