Kasabian want Quentin Tarantino to make a movie about them.

The 'Pulp Fiction' director became a fan of the British band after actress Rosario Dawson played him the song 'West Ryder Silver Bullet', from the album 'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum', on which she sings.

Guitarist Serge Pizzorno admits he would love to work with the filmmaker on a movie either about or inspired by the band.

Serge said: "'Kasabian: The Movie' would be very cool. I'd be up for it if it looked great and it wasn't done to make money. Rosario Dawson sings on 'West Ryder Silver Bullet' on our album and she played him the song at his birthday party. He dug it, so who knows? Rosario could be our leading lady."

Although Serge has big screen ambitions, the musician is still focused on making Kasabian - also comprised of singer Tom Meighan, bassist Chris Edwards and drummer Ian Matthews - the biggest band in the world.

However, the 'Fire' rocker doesn't believe any modern day band can match the feats of the groups of the last four decades.

He added to Zoo magazine: "We're as big as we can possibly be in this generation. I mean, we've sold more records than U2 this year... That's good enough for me. No one's big enough any more. There aren't any big indie bands around. It's probably just us, Arctic Monkeys and Muse who like to put on a big show. That's it."
