With an engagement ring on her finger and the sound of sleigh bells ever increasing, you would have thought that everything was going ever so right for Kat Von D, but in fact it turns out that things aren't quite as rosy as she would hope.

According to TMZ, the LA Ink star has filed a restraining order against an obsessed fan who has apparently been constantly harassing her for quite some time now. Kat took the guy, named Michael Nunn, to court, claiming that he had been constantly sending her creepy messages on Twitter, calling her phone and even showing up to her house uninvited and following her to public events she was due to attend.

Kat had in fact filed a temporary restraining order against Munn already, but clearly that didn't quite cut it. Now a judge has ruled in her favour to place a 3-year restraining order that prohibits the man from coming within 300 yards from her at all times, including coming into contact with her online or on the phone.

Previously, Kat claimed that Munn exhibited "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including the belief that the FBI is watching him." So frankly, we don't blame her for taking him to court one bit.
