Tattoo artist Kat Von D, real name Katherine von Drachenberg, was scoped out by photographers walking to her car from an unknown destination in West Hollywood. The inked up personality, known for her run on LA Ink, was unresponsive as she approached the camera-people swarming around her car.The star is currently in the 'off' phase of her on-and-off boyfriend/fiance Jesse James, of West Coast Choppers fame
