Kate Hudson has forgotten what it's like to be pregnant.

The 31-year-old actress - who has a seven-year-old son Ryder with ex-husband Chris Robinson and is expecting her first child with Muse rocker Matt Bellamy - admitted her current pregnancy is "really different" to when she was expecting Ryder.

She explained: "It's a really different pregnancy from the last one, which is funny to me. And then now I realise, wow, it's been seven years and I've totally forgot about what it's like to be - you know, your body changing and moving - and it's just, it couldn't be a more opposite pregnancy.

"So of course everybody says, 'Well, then that means you're having a girl', but I don't wont to know."

The 'A Little Bit Of Heaven' actress - who has been dating Matt for around nine months - also confessed she can't believe her 65-year-old mother, Hollywood legend Goldie Hawn, "looks better" than she does.

Kate added to ITV1's 'Lorraine': "I saw her the other day we were walking and I thought, 'How is my mother thinner than me? You're thinner than me and you look better than I do. How is that possible? What's going on?'

"I always say everybody talks about their parents getting older but my mother is going to outlive all of us."
