Kate Winslet has channelled the role that brought her to superstardom while taking part in a new TV show with Bear Grylls. Standing on the side of a Welsh cliff held up only by ropes and staring straight down vertically, the British actress couldn’t resist re-creating THAT famous scene from Titanic with Jack and Rose at the front of the ship.
“Jack, I feel like I’m flying!” she cried out, temporarily releasing her harnesses to throw her arms out to the side while being guided down a sheer mountain face in Snowdonia, Wales. The noted explorer reciprocated with impeccable timing, shouting back “Kate, do you trust me?”
Kate Winslet re-created the famous scene from 'Titanic' with Bear Grylls
“You jump, I jump, right?” she replies, before breaking character with: “Alright, come on, get me down this f***ing thing.” It was a highlight of the latest episode of NBC’s ‘Running Wild with Bear Grylls’, which aired on Monday night (July 27th) in the US.

The 39 year old actress is just one of many celebrities to have their toughness tested in the wilderness alongside Grylls on the current series, which also features the likes of Zac Efron, Ben Stiller and Kate Hudson.
In the episode (spoiler alert!), the mother of three, who gave birth to her youngest son Bear Blaze in December 2013, is seen eating cooked earthworms, lighting a fire using a tampon and removing a headless fish from her shirt after Grylls threw it there after decapitating it. Winslet also talks about her childhood, body consciousness and being bullied at school for being “chubby” and wearing mismatched clothing.
She also tells Grylls that she is somewhat used to camping. “My parents didn’t have very much money so we didn’t go on fancy holidays… holidays were lots of camping… very much on the fly,” she reveals.
