A 17-year-old girl was allegedly raped at a Keith Urban concert in Mansfield, Massachusetts, with numerous intoxicated bystanders filming and taking pictures. The young woman was attending Urban’s gig at the outdoor Xfinity Center on Saturday night. On the same night, 20 people were hospitalized for intoxication. Another 50 were taken into protective custody, and several others were arrested over "alcohol-related issues," local authorities said.

Keith Urban has refused comment on the alleged attack.

The young woman and her alleged attacker were recorded by other concertgoers. It was a female attendee, who finally stepped in and asked the young woman whether the encounter was consensual. When she replied that it wasn’t, the witness pushed the man off and the woman got away.

18-year-old Sean Murphy was arrested not long after, with Mansfield police commenting: "Officers conducting the investigation were assisted by patrons that had been concerned and took photos and video of the assault on their cellular phones. Those phones are being processed to recover the digital evidence of the assault."

Murphy pled not guilty and has since been released on a $10,000 bond. His lawyer called the encounter “a consensual act, not a sexual assault” and “a private act that regrettably occurred in a public place.”

Urban’s representatives refused to comment on the incident for CNN, saying only: "You are going to need to go through local authorities on this one."
