Kelly Osbourne suffered a black eye when she attended the theatre production 'Sleep No More'.

The 'Fashion Police' star attended the British production, which is based on Shakespeare's 'Macbeth', in New York in September.

Visitors are expected to run through dark rooms while wearing masks as the actors play out scenes, but Kelly was knocked over at one point during the performance and whacked her eye, leaving her with a significant shiner.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "Kelly was knocked over by somebody in a mask during the show, and hit her face. She rushed to the bar area, where show staffers consoled her.

"She was visibly upset and said her face was black and blue, and she was in a lot of pain."

The 27-year-old blonde has been accident prone in recent weeks and last weekend she was hospitalised after cracking her head open while ballroom dancing.

Kelly - who has competed on 'Dancing With The Stars' - was enjoying a night out at a Miami nightclub and ended up injuring herself after showing a male friend a dance move.

Speaking on TV show 'The Talk', Kelly's mother Sharon said: "They all went to a club to see this DJ. And she was dancing with somebody that said, 'Teach me how to ballroom dance.' So she did, and the guy takes her down to a dip and as he dips her down, she hits her head on the amplifier. So it split her head open."

After being treated at Miami's Mercy Hospital, Kelly is now recuperating at her mother's house with her pet dogs.
