Fashion Police host Joan Rivers arrives on the red carpet with her daughter Melissa and co-host rock chick Kelly Osbourne at the E! 2012 Upfront event at Gotham Hall, New York.Their American TV show debuted in September 2010 and features regular segments in which the hosts comment on celebrity fashions. It is recently expanded from a half hour to a one hour show in March. Guest hosts have included the youngest Kardashian, Khloe; popstar Nicki Minaj; ex-Spice Girl Mel B; Jay Manuel and Tori Spelling
