Kelly Rowland has lost 70 pounds since having her son.
The former Destiny's Child singer has ditched the incredible amount of weight since giving birth to four-month-old Titan by working out with her trainer Jeanette Jenkins and attending classes at SoulCycle.
She said: ''When I go in there and it's the wee hours of the morning, [instructor Angela Davis] is a great secret, so motivational and Jeanette comes in with so much energy and this huge smile on her face and you can't help but to get excited about working out.''
Talking about her post-baby diet, she added to 'Extra': ''Eighty percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you're eating clean, and twenty percent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso, too.''
Meanwhile, Kelly, 34 - who has the little boy with her husband Tim Witherspoon - previously admitted she wasn't in a ''crazy rush'' to get her pre-baby body back.
She said: ''I'm not in a crazy rush [to lose the baby weight]. I'm just embracing the weight I have on.
''I mean, I just had a baby four months ago and I feel great. My baby is healthy, my family is happy and those that I love are healthy, so I'm not rushing to get back to it.''
