Kendall Jenner has testified in court this week against her alleged stalker, in the trial of Shavaughn McKenzie, saying that she’s “never been so scared” in her life, according to the Associated Press.

Back in August, 25 year old McKenzie was arrested outside Jenner’s home in the Hollywood Hills, and was charged shortly afterwards with misdemeanour stalking and trespassing. 20 year old Jenner had noticed McKenzie sitting outside her house as she pulled into her gated driveway, and was immediately alert as to possible danger.

“I wouldn't expect someone to be sitting on the side of the street. I definitely thought it was weird… It didn't make sense,” the Estee Lauder model told the jury on Thursday (October 13th).

Then, he had somehow managed to gain access to the property and approached her car, banging on the window. Remaining in the vehicle, she called the police who arrived shortly afterwards, and frantically rang several of her friends while she waited.

“I was crying, I was screaming, I was freaking out. I didn't know what his intentions were. I was freaking out. I was frightened for sure. I was literally traumatised… It's definitely put me even more on edge. I definitely don't feel safe in my own house anymore.”

During the two-hour long testimony, in which she kept her composure, she also told the court that she recognised McKenzie as the man who had previously twice confronted her at her condo in Westwood, her previous address.

If he is convicted, McKenzie could face up to six months in prison. His lawyer told the court that his client is suffering from a severe mental condition and that he was unarmed at the time of the incident in question.

Kendall’s testimony comes a little under a fortnight after her half-sister Kim was held at gunpoint and robbed of millions of dollars’ worth of jewellery at her apartment in Paris.
