Kendra Wilkinson thinks Holly Madison wants ''real revenge'' on Hugh Hefner.

The 'Kendra on Top' star finds the comments made about the 89-year-old magazine publisher by the former Playboy model in her new memoir, 'Down the Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny,' ''pretty sad''.

The 30-year-old beauty told PEOPLE magazine: ''My intention was to tell my story.

''It's pretty sad. It makes you question the timing, and it makes you wonder, 'Wow, she wants real revenge.' At the end of the day, true colours shine.''

Meanwhile, the 35-year-old star previously admitted she ''spent too many years'' being afraid of Hugh.

She said: ''I won't let myself be afraid of him. I spent too many years like that.

''[Hef] has no mental or emotional power over me anymore. I walked away from that seven years ago [when I left the mansion]. He is completely out of my life now.''

However, Hugh has strongly denied the comments made against him.

In a statement, he said: ''Over the course of my life I've had more than my fair share of romantic relationships with wonderful women,'' the Playboy founder told Us. ''Many moved on to live happy, healthy, and productive lives, and I'm pleased to say remain dear friends today. Sadly, there are a few who have chosen to rewrite history in an attempt to stay in the spotlight. I guess, as the old saying goes: You can't win 'em all!''
