Actor Kevin Dillon will not face assault charges following a scuffle with a group of teenagers in California last summer (14).
The Entourage star became embroiled in an altercation with the youths outside a gas station in Pacific Palisades in July (14), after confronting them for allegedly harassing and taunting him.
Los Angeles police launched an investigation into the incident after one boy claimed he had suffered a fractured ankle as a result of being shoved to the ground by Dillon, but after reviewing security footage, officials at the City Attorney's office rejected the case in November (14), citing insufficient evidence, according to Tmz.com.
A representative for the actor, 49, has yet to comment on the case.
