Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian want to open a 'lifestyle' superstore in Manhattan.

The sisters - who are set to open the latest store in their chain of Dash clothing boutiques in the Hamptons - have been eyeing up a huge five-storey retail space in Soho, Manhattan.

Khloe, 30, and Kourtney, 35, are said to be looking to create an entire store based on a ''full-concept Kardashian lifestyle experience.''

A source told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column that the building - which was bought by Jack Terzi of JTRE, for $15 million in May and costs $2 million a year in rent - will house a flagship Dash store while the three upper storeys are to be converted into offices for the family.

The real estate mogul gave the pair a personal tour of the property while excited fans and paparazzi stood outside the store's 80-foot-long wrap around windows.

A source said: ''Some 300 photographers and fans were crowding the building en masse while they were checking it out.

''They were pulling out their cellphone cameras and crowding them to try and get a shot.''
