Khloe revealed she has lost 13 pounds in three months from exercising five times a week and cutting out dairy from her diet. This is proving quite a struggle as she's "addicted to cheese".

However, it's her younger brother Rob who has been concerning fans recently. Footage from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians shows Kris Jenner crying about her son's health problems, especially his rapid weight gain, and his unwillingness to leave the house or engage with the rest of the family.

"I feel like if I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die," Jenner says in the clip, as USA Today reports.

Fortunately, Khloe claims 28-year-old Rob is back on track. She is currently living with him in Los Angeles and the pair has been regularly going on hikes together. There's still a long way to go until Rob is back to his old self but Khloe seemed optimistic about the future.

"Rob definitely has his ups and downs, and he's been struggling for the past year and a half, maybe two years, which I think we've all had those times in our life," the KUWTK star said to E!.

"For the last week, he's been doing better, but I want Rob to do good consistently forever. So right now I'm really proud of him. He's been working out a little and trying to get his groove back. And he acknowledges it - he's aware that he's very introverted and of course not the way he used to be."

When asked by reporters what is the cause of the change in Rob, Khloe claimed it was a number of factors including the death of his father during his teenage years and the impact of the breakdown of Khloe's marriage with Lamar Odom.

"It's not just one thing. I think it's a ton of things," Khloe explained. "The loss of my father, he's never really dealt with - he went straight into college after that happened and kind of pushed everything aside and manifested himself in college and did so well and succeeded in school...  Also, losing Lamar in his life was a big thing for him because he lost his next father-slash-brother figure."
