Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Sell Their House For $1.5 Million Profit

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have sold their house for a huge profit, according to reports by a US entertainment website.

Khloe and Lamar listed their 7-bedroomed home in Tarzana, Los Angeles, last year and the 8000 ft property has finally sold. In such an exclusive area, the purchaser couldn't be a mere mortal but is none other than The Big Bang Theory's Kaley Cuoco! Cuoco has, according to TMZ's sources, bought the house with her new husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting. 

Khloe and Lamar are making a huge profit on the house as they bought the San Fernando Valley property in 2009 for a reported $3.95 million and have sold the property for $5.49 million. The home was put on the market for $4 million so, in case anyone's arithmetic has lapsed since high school, that's nearly $1.5 million above than the asking price. The couple, who filed for divorce earlier this month, will probably be hashing out their finances. So who will benefit by this profit entirely depends on their lawyers' abilities. 

Khloe is apparently looking for a new home close to her mother's house in Hidden Hills. She'll be closer to not only her mother, Kris Jenner, but her sister Kim Kardashian and niece, North West. 

Meanwhile, Khloe's sister Kourtney and her partner Scott Disick may well be upgrading their real estate portfolio but in entirely the wrong area. Reports recently surfaced which claim Kourtney and Scott have purchased a larger home, previously owned by football player Keyshawn Johnson. Unfortunately, the couple and their two children, Penelope and Mason, are moving in mere streets away from Justin Bieber. Hopefully they'll find the 19-year-old singer's antisocial antics more endearing than Johnson did.
