Fact: Veteran post-punk group Killing Joke are planning a two-day festival in New Zealand to mark the end of the world in December (12). Frontman Jaz Coleman insists world leaders would be "unwise" to "disregard so many prophecies" that suggest life as we know it will end on 21 and 22 December (12).
Quote: "When I was a 20-year-old, I was nasty conniving little man. The criteria for the mothers of my children was that they had to live in different parts of the world and be stunningly beautiful... (and) they had to be incredibly rich. I can tell you this, everything panned out perfectly. I've got three gorgeous model-like daughters who went to university. The moral of the story is don't pick a poor wife - or an ugly one." Killing Joke star JAZ COLEMAN demanded high standards from his lovers.
