He’s at it again – Vitalii Sediuk, the celebrity harasser and sometime news reporter who made headlines after Gigi Hadid attempted to elbow him in the face when he attempted one of his trademark stunts, tried to do the same thing to Kim Kardashian in Paris this week.

The Ukrainian-born man plotted to ambush the ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star as she arrived at the L’Avenue restaurant in the French capital on Wednesday (September 28th). However, in a moment captured on Instagram by make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic, it didn’t work at Kim was able to trot regally past the situation.

In the video, which Dedivanovic instantly posted online, it seems that Sediuk was attempted to plant a kiss on Kim’s iconic rump. Not a second after the strange stunt fails, Kim’s bodyguards are all over the man.

Sediuk took to Instagram afterwards, saying that he was indeed the person behind it, and that he had done it to protest Kim’s apparent use of fake butt implants (sidebar: she doesn’t, as the X-ray from ‘KUWTK’ from a few years ago proved).

“I was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants,” the man wrote. “I encourage her and the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage girls who follow and defend them blindly.”

Absurdly, Sediuk also attempted to explain that he had no idea Kim was about to show up.

“P.S. I was sitting there outside the posh restaurant to use free Wi-Fi and eating my ice-cream. When all of a sudden, the pack of paparazzi came out and the car with Kim Kardashian. I swear I didn't know she was going to be there. So I had to come out with an idea very fast. Does it mean if I don't go to celebrities, they come to me? Lol.”

A former reporter for Ukrainian station 1+1, he has a history of similarly bizarre stunts, in addition to last week’s incident with Gigi Hadid in Milan.
