The new series of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ has seen Kim talk in detail for the first time about the traumatic experience of the headline-grabbing armed robbery she suffered last year – revealing that she thought she would be raped and killed.

The 36 year old mother-of-two opened up about the terrifying incident that went down last October on Sunday night’s episode (March 19th), fearing that the worst would happen when the masked intruders flung her down on her bed during the multi-million dollar jewellery robbery and held a gun to her head.

“He grabs my legs, and I wasn’t, you know, I had no clothes on under. He pulled me toward him at the front of the bed and I thought, ‘Okay, this is the moment they’re going to rape me’,” Kim said.

“I fully mentally prepped myself – and then he didn’t. He duct-taped my legs together and had the gun up to me. I knew that was the moment they’re just totally going to shoot me in the head. I just prayed that Kourtney’s going to have a normal life after she sees my dead body on the bed… like, I’m not going to make it out of here. I know how these things go.”

The robbery was carried out by five men who posed as French police officers as they gained access to her private apartment in Paris during the city’s fashion week.

Before the episode went out, Kim took to Twitter to say that it would be “tough” for her to watch back, but that she had decided that this would be the first time she talked about it publicly, as opposed to a formal interview.

“Tonight’s episode is going to be very tough for me,” she tweeted. “However, I thought it was important to share this story through my eyes & not in an interview where my own words could be twisted. I have always shared so much & I’m not going to hold back when this was probably one of the most life changing experiences for me.”
