Kim Kardashian has threatened to sue a Mexican doctor who used her image to promote plastic surgery. Kardashian, 32, has asked her lawyers to get involved after a billboard for Dr Victor Ramirez showed the reality star relaxing on a sunbed in a bikini.
The tagline on the billboard reads, "'No arriesgue su belleza, ni su salud", which translates as 'Don't risk your beauty or your health' - a bid to encourage people to visit a professional licensed plastic surgeon rather than undergo unsafe "backstreet" surgery. When contacted by Tmz.com, the doctor was asked whether he sought Kardashian's permission to use her image, to which he replied, "'Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number". The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has always remained adamant she has never had plastic surgery and underwent an X-Ray during an episode of her show in order to prove she hadn't had breast implants. According to the UK's Daily Mail, Kim previously said, "Rumours don't bother me anymore. I've read that I've had my lips done. I've always had big lips. Look at my baby pictures. It's ridiculous.Or they'll (the press) show one picture of me today and one tomorrow, and say I've had my nose done in between. When? Didn't you just see me yesterday?".
