Kim Kardashian West is ''exhausted'' from trying to get pregnant again.

The 34-year-old reality TV star - who is already mother to North - is currently undergoing IVF in order to help conceive a second child with her husband Kanye West, and, while being shown an ultrasound image of her ovaries by a doctor in a new clip from 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', has admitted that she's ''over'' trying for a baby.

As the doctor explained that Kim will have to come back into the surgery for a trigger shot and the results of a biopsy, she said: ''I'm like so over it. Like I'm exhausted, so I'm sure everyone gets to that point. I'm like, 'Okay, I'm done'.''

While the clip doesn't show why Kim is getting tired of trying for a baby, a source has said that she found out an implanted embryo doesn't take.

Speaking to Us Weekly, the source said: ''Kim has been undergoing IVF. It's causing problems with her body.''

The source also added that the superstar couple may start to pursue a surrogate in June if they're still struggling to conceive, and would choose that route ''over adoption''.

The fact that the couple are expanding their family could be the reason that Kanye is ''desperate'' to buy Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch.

The huge property - which was owned by the late 'Thriller' singer from 1988 to 2005 and included an amusement park and petting zoo - recently went up for sale for £65million and the 37-year-old 'All Day' rapper reportedly wants to buy it as a gift for his wife, after falling in love with the 2400 acres, following a few visits.
