Gabriel Fedida agreed to lend the home for $10,000 (£6,250) so Jenner could host a small dinner party for 15 people to celebrate model Kendall Jenner's big day back in November (14).

However, he states the reality TV matriarch instead used the pad to throw a huge bash, with an estimated 100 guests, who allegedly caused $101,450 (£63,406) in damages to the house.

Fedida claims he can no longer rent out the place in its current state and is seeking $150,000 (£93,750) in compensation, reports TMZ.com.

Jenner has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
