Kings Of Leon have just launched an uplifting new single entitled 'Waste A Moment'; the first track from their forthcoming seventh studio album 'Walls' which is out later this Fall. It's probably one of the most highly anticipated albums of the year and if the new song is anything to go by, it won't be a disappointment.

It's been three years since the release of their Grammy nominated sixth album 'Mechanical Bull', featuring the singles 'Supersoaker' and 'Wait For Me', but Kings Of Leon are finally back in the game with another exciting release this Fall.

The band first announced that a new album was in the works following their 2015 New Year's Eve show in Nashville. Since then we've not heard much from them, save for their appearance at Firefly Music Festival in July. This month they are due to present the Music City Food and Wine Festival once again.

The album title 'Walls' is meant to be an acronym of 'We Are Like Love Songs' and all songs featured are supposed to have highly personal themes for the band. It has been produced by Markus Dravs, also known for his work with Arcade Fire, Mumford & Sons and Coldplay. Lead track 'Waste A Moment' is the first to be unveiled; a soaring anthem with heavy bass, hazy guitars and those trademark incomprehensible vocals. The band have been teasing little clip shots for the upcoming accompanying video via Twitter, one of which shows them playing their instruments blindfolded.

The album is available to pre-order, and if you do you'll get a special pre-sale code which will allow you to get first dibs on tickets for their upcoming US headline tour next year, the dates for which are yet to be announced.

'Walls' is set to be released on October 14th 2016 through RCA Records.
