Kourtney Kardashian is planning to seek sole custody of her three children with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty, who split from the hard-partying 32-year-old star earlier this month after nine years together, reportedly plans to do everything she can to protect their two sons, Mason, five, and Reign, seven months, and three-year-old daughter Penelope from his downward spiral.

A source close to the 36-year-old star revealed she met with high powered divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who also represented her sisters Kim Kardashian West and Khloé Kardashian in their divorces from Kris Humphries and Lamar Odom, for the second time in Los Angeles this week to try to start ''figuring out an agreement.''

The insider added: ''She met with Laura Wasser again. And is going to seek sole custody of the kids. She knows being with [Laura] is what's in their best interest. There's no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement.''

The former couple don't have a formal custody arrangement in place yet, but friends believe Scott won't fight Kourtney for their children.

Another source told Us Weekly magazine: ''Scott's friends don't think he'll challenge Kourtney.''
