Kristen Bell's husband loved her curvy pregnancy figure and joked she had transformed so much, he felt like he was cheating on her when they slept together.
Kristen Bell's husband felt he was ''cheating on her'' during her pregnancy.
The 33-year-old actress - who has 10-month-old daughter Lincoln with spouse Dax Shepard - gained 43 pounds during her pregnancy but her 39-year-old partner much preferred her fuller figure.
She said: ''He said he likes some meat on my bones. He said there is more of you to love.
''One time he did say, 'It feels like I'm cheating on you'. And that, I think, was the ticket because he felt like he was with a completely different woman.''
When talk show host Conan O'Brien said he thought that was a ''tad creepy'', Kristen insisted that wasn't the case.
She said: ''I was also involved and he got a freebie that didn't hurt anybody's feelings. Or is that too progressive for everybody?''
During her pregnancy, Kristen had to shoot a number of intimate scenes for her show 'House of Lies', which led to some awkward moments for her.
She explained: ''There was a storyline in the second season when my character has a sex tape come out. I was seven months pregnant at that time.
''I had this huge gut and I was, you know, pretending to act in a sex tape and I can look at my daughter and say ''You were present for that.' ''
And the actress' co-star Adam Brody referred to their sex scenes as ''threesomes'' because of her pregnancy.
She admitted: ''Don Cheadle and I had this on-again, off-again sexual thing and my boyfriend on this season was Adam Brody and he affectionately refers to our sex scenes as 'threesomes', because my belly was on top.''
