The ‘Twilight’ star has opened up about sexism in Hollywood, as well as big screen sex scenes.
Kristen Stewart has spoken out against the sexism which still exists in Hollywood, branding it “disgustingly sexist.” The actress made the comments during an interview with Britain’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine, where she also spoke about filming 'uncomfortable' sex scenes.
Stewart is best known for her role as Bella Swan in the Twilight franchise.
“Women inevitably have to work a little bit harder to be heard,” Stewart told the mag. “Hollywood is disgustingly sexist. It's crazy. It's so offensive it's crazy."
The 25 year old also described fame as ‘the worst thing in the world'. Adding, “When people say,"I want to be famous" - why? You don't do anything.’”

Speaking about sex scenes Stewart said she only hates them when they're ‘contrived. “That’s when it's grotesquely uncomfortable,” the actress revealed.
“On Twilight we had to do the most epic sex scene of all time. It had to be transcendent and otherworldly, inhuman, better sex than you can possibly ever imagine. We were like, "How do we live up to that? It was agony. Which sucks, because I wanted it to be so good,” Stewart added.

Kristen also spoke about how the stresses of working in Hollywood affects her weight as well as her sleeping patterns. "I’m a little bigger than sample size when I’m eating cheeseburgers and am happy and comfortable," she said.
"If I’m stressed or working, the weight falls off. My weight and my sleep are tied to my nervous system. Sometimes I’ll sleep for 12 hours a night and sometimes sleep just doesn’t exist for me for a couple of months."
