It looks like it's going to be a load of blustery fun without much going on underneath the surface - although we could be proved wrong - it's the new trailer for Girl Most Likely! Originally screened at the Toronto Film Festival last year under the name Imogine.

Watch the trailer for Girl Most Likely

Based on the screenplay by Michelle Morgan, Girl Most Likely stars Kristen Wiig as a playwright who is pretty unsuccessful (the beginning of the trailer has her dreaming about winning an award only to be woken up in a hospital) to the point where her boyfriend leaves her and she, um, attempts to commit suicide in order to win him back ... it looks like a comedy to us! Honest!

So what happens is she ends up returning to her mother's in New Jersey. Her mother, as I'm sure you can anticipate, is a bit of a character and the whole thing becomes something about being able to love yourself if you can love your family and all the wacky weird baggage that comes with them. Lovely stuff. We're not sure if it's going to be any good or not, but we can tell you that it comes out on July 19th, which is when we'll all find out.
