US singer Kesha, AKA Ke$ha, has been told she will not be welcome to perform in Malaysia, leading to her scheduled Saturday show in Kuala Lumpur cancelled. The ban results from the Malaysian authority's fears that Kesha's show, which is known for being raunchy, will offend "religious and cultural sensitivities," according to BBC News.

The 'Tik Tok' singer had previously encountered difficulties when booking her show in the Far East but reportedly had agreed to compromise by toning down some of her song lyrics and altering her outfits to a more modest design.

Randy Blythe, the singer with US heavy metal band Lamb of God has been acquitted of causing a fans death at a show in the Czech Republic. Blythe, 42, was arrested back in June last year, when his band entered the Czech Republic for their latest tour.

Unbeknownst to him, he was wanted by police in Prague, following an incident at a 2010 concert at the city’s Abaton club, at which a 19 year-old fan had died after Blythe pushed him off stage.

Though Randy acknowledged pushing the teenager, as the band do not tolerate people onstage, he denied knowing anything about the injuries that the young boy suffered. Today (March 5, 2013), the Municipal court in Prague ruled that he was not guilty, as his actions were not criminal. Instead, it was suggested that the venue owners should have been held responsible for the young boy’s death.

Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe has been found not guilty of manslaughter in the Czech Republic, according to Prague Post reporter Jonathan Crane. The 41-year-old was accused of pushing fan Daniel Nosek, 19, off-stage during a show in Prague nearly three years ago. He was arrested when Lamb of God arrived in the country for a show last summer.

Blythe faced up to 10 years in prison, though after the final witness at the trial took the stand - a biomechanical expert - the singer was found not guilty. Earlier in the trial, a criminal psychiatrist appointed by Rand's defence said the singer did not display any permanent "socially promiscuous" behavioural patterns. She added that he was not "overly aggressive."

Before heading to learn his fate, Blythe posted a message on his Instagram account, which read, "It's a beautiful morning in Prague, & time for me to go to what is (hopefully) my final day in court here- supposedly judgement will be passed today & I will move on with my life in one direction or the other," adding, "I categorically refuse to live in a constant state of guilt & fear. I would rather die. My morality & convictions are not dependent upon unforeseeable circumstance, nor malleable when difficulty arises. So I walk this morning to court with my head held high, no matter what others opinions of me may be."

Randy Blyth, the frontman of American heavy metal band Lamb of God, had been indicted over manslaughter charges in the Czech Republic, over the death of a fan at a 2010 concert in the country, MTV reports. 

The man, who repeatedly came on stage during the concert, was pushed, fell and eventually died, according to Rolling Stone, Blyth was arrested last year at an airport in Prague, and spent 5 weeks in a Czech prison while prosecutors decided the terms of his bail. He will now return to the country to stand trial on charges of "manslaughter with intent to cause bodily harm." The date of his trial has yet to be announced. 

In a recent interview, Blyth cuts the figure of a conscientious, ethical human being with the intent to do the right thing. "I feel that it's the right thing for me to do, to go back and face trial," he said. "I won't be extradited, but ethically I think it's the correct thing for me to do. So if I start feeling some trepidation about that, I just remind myself that I have to do the right thing ... this poor young man's family deserves some answers.
