The Hero - Trailer and Clips

Lee Hayden (Sam Elliott) is a former Western actor who, in his advancing years, no longer gets offered any work - apart from the odd commercial voiceover. He is, however, being offered a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Western Appreciation Guild in honour of his work, but it's little comfort when he's only ever done one movie he's actually proud of. Nowadays he spends his days smoking pot with his old co-star Jeremy (Nick Offerman), but his floundering career is not the only thing he has to contend with; he has been diagnosed with cancer. Plus, his relationship with his estranged daughter Lucy (Krysten Ritter) is looking irreparable. However, when he meets a young comedian named Charlotte (Laura Prepon), he finds himself with a new lease of life - something that only improves when his award acceptance speech incites a flurry of new job offers.

Orange Is The New Black Season 4 Trailer and Clips Trailer

Litchfield is getting overcrowded with no less than a hundred new inmates getting crammed into the place. Plus, it's not getting any easier for Piper Chapman, who already feels like she's in danger of serious harm most of the time. Now she's got a new enemy within the walls of the Litch who is intent burying her. She may only have a short sentence compared with some of the other inmates, and maybe she's a lot more educated than most of them, but none of that has helped her out yet. There's a new prison guard at the facility too, who is really not getting on well with the female inmates. Meanwhile, Sophia Burset is having a hard time as the only transgender woman on the site, which has always put her as a target for transphobic cattiness but now more so than ever. She's even the victim of a violent attack, and the prejudice threatens her hairstyling business.

'Orange Is The New Black' Gets Go-Ahead For Third Season.

Laura Prepon Taylor Schilling Netflix

Orange is the New Black has been given the go-ahead by Netflix to begin work on a third season. Ahead of its second season rollout - which will bow on June 6 - executives are confident enough that the prison comedy-drama will retain enough of its audience, as well as garnering new fans, for a third outing.

Orange is the New Black

The show follows Laura Prepon who plays inmate Alex Vause, a thorny ex of Taylor Schilling's character Piper Chapman. It was Prepon who let the cat out of the bag on her Instagram account. Her role was reduced for season two, though she'll definitely be returning for a third cycle.

Missing 'Orange Is The New Black'? Here's The Season 2 Preview

It’s almost Orange Is The New Black time and Netflix is celebrating by releasing a clip of the first fifty seconds from the season premiere. You know a show has reached cult status when even half a scene gets fans this excited. In the clip, posted exclusively by Entertainment Weekly, we see Piper get woken up in solitary confinement. She’s been in there a while (after unleashing a lot of hurt on another inmate) and it’s clearly beginning to affect her already fragile mental state.

A guard enters and she asks about breakfast, but there’s no breakfast in solitary. No breakfast for you, Piper. She then shows off some quality vomit wall art and, well, that’s the scene. That’s all of it. We get the hint that her time in solitary is coming to an end, which makes sense – keeping one of the main characters away from everyone else wouldn’t make for a very engaging plot.

Vivacious ex-dancer Beth reaches gambler's paradise Las Vegas in the hope of becoming a cocktail waitress. She meets keen gambler Dink Heimowitz who immediately warms to her, seeing her for her true potential rather than the ditzy thirty-something-year-old that it is easy to assume she is. He invites her to join his team, who have found a way to work Vegas' sportsbook system, as a lucky charm apparently giving him a miraculous winning streak contrary to his wife Tulip who he sees as a jinx. Soon he starts to suffer a few consecutive losses and Beth becomes ever more fond of him forcing him to dismiss her leaving her heartbroken. She retreats to New York to her trusty Jeremy who loyally succumbs to her charms. He is working for an illegal but successful bookie, Rosie, who flies her to his Caribbean island to supervise his growing kingdom. Beth begins to realise the instability and danger of working for Rosie, and tentatively contacts Dink and Tulip for their help. Slackers Review

Terrible
While Orange County's tale of college woe is delivering a fine time to comedy audiences, its bland, unfunny, useless stepbrother is unspooling right down the hall in the multiplex. Slackers, by first-time director and former fashion photographer Dewey Nicks, is such a futile, awkward, poor attempt at exposing the "wacky craziness" of higher education that even its title is completely wrong.

And that's because the main protagonists are not slackers at all -- in fact, they're a trio of heady, hard-working college cheaters. Beginning with an elaborate scam that actually gives the movie some potential, we are introduced to our leads (Devon Sawa, Jason Segel, and Michael C. Maronna) as they simultaneously shoot video of the women's cross-country team, steal a physics exam, and fake getting hit by a truck. But screenwriter David H. Steinberg (story writer on American Pie 2) tries building an entire feature based on one decent scenario. And he, as well as the rest of us, are in some deep trouble for the remainder of the 87 minutes.
