Fact: Superman producer Laura Ziskin will take charge of next year's (07) Oscars while working on the third Spider-Man movie. The double duty worked out fine for the producer back in 2002 when she oversaw the first Kodak Theatre-based Academy Awards and took charge of the first Spider-Man film.
