Those with even a teensy fear of flying should click away now because new Liam Neeson thriller exploits just about every aeroplane-based fear there is, including terrorists, fire, a hurtling plummet and a killer on the loose.

You ready? Well Neeson plays Bill Marks, a US federal air marshal whose job it is to protect our skies but ironically hates flying. He boards a plane from New York to London and gets settled down in his seat next to Julianne Moore when his phone goes off, despite his supposedly secured network. He checks the message and it reads an eerie "Hello Marshal."

He is then informed that unless $150 million is transferred to a bank account immediately, the mysterious sender will murder one person on the plane every 20 minutes. This terrifying premise brings a nail-biting manhunt in a place where nobody is safe: 42,000 feet above ground. Trying not to panic the other passengers, Marks sets out to look for the culprit alone as victims are picked off.

In a disturbing twist, it emerges that the bank account details are actually his own and he is forced to defend himself from the accusations that ensue. Scheduled for release next February, this edge-of-your-seat thriller will have you gripped and sweating.

The movie has a sterling horror director at the helm: Jaume Collet-Serra who is also responsible for Orphan, Unknown and House Of Wax. On A Clear Day's Ryan Engle wrote the script for the movie in which Neeson and Moore star alongside Downton Abbey's Michelle Dockery and 12 Years A Slave's Lupita Nyong'o.

Non-Stop is set to be released in the UK on February 28th 2014.
