Lily Collins, the 23-year-old daughter of British musician Phil Collins who stars as Snow White in new movie 'Mirror Mirror', has expressed regret over her meeting with the late Princess Diana. Though the actress was only young when her father took her to meet the Princess, Lily was photographed unwilling to hand-over a bouquet of flowers.
Lily insists her manners have improved a lot since the shot was taken, telling UK show Lorraine, "I've been told what happened was I presented her with flowers and as with any young kid [who does that] I didn't want to let them go and she took the flowers and I proceeded to pull them back.I been older and more mature at the time I would never have done that. But as a kid it's just anyone's game". Though her fans are still surprised when discovering her relationship to famous father Phil, Collins insists the multi-million selling musician has never been anything other than "Dad",
Collins stars opposite Julia Roberts in Mirror Mirror with the Hollywood star playing the Evil Queen. Describing the experience of working with one of the biggest actress' in the business, Lily explained, "She's such an amazing woman and an amazing mother first and foremost and so incredible just to watch, just to take in everything she does not just in a scene but how she treats everyone and maintains a sense of self".
