It may have taken her several months, but Lindsay Lohan has finally thanked Charlie Sheen for the $100,000 he lent her to pay a mounting tax bill. The 26-year-old actress reportedly sent Sheen a "belated thank you card and flowers" just days after he hinted she was ungrateful.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Sheen appeared annoyed with the Hollywood star for not thanking him for writing a cheque out. Though he declined to comment on the amount, the former Two and a Half Men star said, "She got shorted and I found out, so I said, 'Here...' I'm still waiting for a text to say 'Thank you,' or anything, you know?" However, sources told TMZ.com that Lindsay was not intending to be rude and that her phone was broken the whole time. She's also been distracted with a slew of legal problems - not least getting arrested in New York City and the new criminal charges filed against her stemming from a car crash earlier this year.

The pair met on the set of upcoming comedy flick Scary Movie 5, which is where Sheen first caught wind of Lohan's tax problems. According to the New York Post, the IRS slapped two liens on Lohan, of $140,203 and $93,701 for unpaid taxes in 2009 and 2010.
