Lindsay Lohan revealed some huge news in the final episode of her reality series 'Lindsay' on Sunday night (April 20th).

The 27 year-old actress admitted to have recently suffered from a miscarriage.

Lohan, who stars in her OWN network documentary series, began to explain why she missed several days of shooting the reality TV show.

But nobody was expecting what the 'Mean Girls' actress said next.

"No one knows this - I had a miscarriage for those weeks that I took off," Lohan said on Sunday night's episode.

The former child actress also explained that the medical care left her unable to function normally.

"I couldn't move, I was sick," she said on the broadcast. "Mentally, that messes with you."

Although Lohan was very open about this bombshell of an announcement, she did not unveil how long into the pregnancy she was when suffering from the miscarriage, or who the father was.

The troubled star hinted that something wasn't right during in an earlier episode in the series, when she was unable to leave her room.

"She doesn't want to come down," it was announced at the time.

"Watching this series, I just know how I felt at that moment and I can relate to that girl, which sounds kind of crazy," Lohan said. "But I'm like, 'Oh my god, this is really sad. Who's helping her?'"

She also spoke candidly about how watching the show back makes her frequently cry as she finds it very upsetting.

"No one knows what's going on in my head at every second, because I'm constantly thinking. My mind does not shut off," 'The Parent Trap' actress said. "There was a lot going on in my life then."
