Lindsay Lohan's court hearing over the legitimacy of her community service work has been delayed until next week (begs23Feb15) after a prosecutor fell sick.

The Mean Girls star's lawyer appeared briefly in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday (18Feb15), when the judge overseeing the case agreed to postpone the meeting.

Last month (Jan15), prosecutor Terry White was granted extra time to verify the 80 hours the actress had allegedly completed in just nine days at the Community Service Volunteers organisation in London, during her stint onstage in a West End play.

Lohan was given until 26 January (15) to complete the 240-hour community service sentence she had been handed as part of her probation requirements relating to a reckless driving case.
