Lionel Richie has announced a UK tour.

The 65-year-old singer is set to play 10 dates across England, Scotland and Wales early next year following his highly successful 'Tuskegee Tour' in 2012.

Speaking about touring the UK, he said: ''I can't wait to get back to the UK. The audiences are always so great and I always have an incredible time when I'm in the United Kingdom.

''The show feels like a great big sing-along most nights so I'm looking forward to singing along with the people of the UK again!''

The international superstar launched the 'All The Hits All Night Long' tour in the US last September and since then has played an impressive 70 shows in stadiums, arenas and festivals across North America and Asia.

The concerts see Lionel, who has five Grammy awards under his belt, play his well-known hits 'Dancing on the Ceiling,' 'Say You, Say Me,' 'Hello,' 'Three Times A Lady,' 'Easy' and 'All Night Long' and are a celebration of the singer's incredible career, which has seen him sell over 100 million albums worldwide.
