Lisa Marie Presley has launched a lawsuit against her former manager, Barry Siegel, accusing him of “reckless and negligent mismanagement” of her inherited estate and claiming that her cash reserves have been whittled down to just $14,000 as a result.

The 50 year old daughter of Elvis Presley claims that the $100 million she inherited has been mismanaged almost in its entirety by Siegel because of poor investments he made on the estate’s behalf. Siegel has brought a countersuit, claiming that Lisa Marie is “looking to blame others instead of taking responsibility for her actions”, and that she squandered much of the fortune herself.

Upon his death in 1977, Presley’s estate had diminished to just a few million dollars, but the power of his brand and the lasting interest in his music meant that assets were built back up and that Lisa Marie was able to inherit around $100 million when she turned 25 years old in 1993.

Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of the music icon Elvis Presley, has filed for divorce from her husband of ten years, Michael Lockwood, according to her representative.

The only daughter of Elvis and business magnate Priscilla Presley, who herself pursued a lengthy career in music, cited irreconcilable differences in their relationship as the cause of the divorce in court papers she filed back on June 13th.

TMZ cites the 48 year old singer as uninterested in any financial settlements, having had a post-nuptial agreement in place. “She doesn’t want any of his money,” an unnamed source told the site on Tuesday (June 28th).

Leah Remini's filed missing persons report for Michelle Miscavige, the wife of the Church of Scientology's leader David Miscavige, has been closed by the LAPD. Remini left the church last month and filed a missing persons report shortly after.

Michelle Miscavige has not been seen in public, according to The Hollywood Reporter, since 2007, however, LAPD has closed the case after contacting the elusive Michelle Miscavige. That said, a source (speaking to the New York Daily News) from the LAPD remained vague on how the police had clarified she wasn't missing: only saying "investigators have made some type of contact with her."

King Of Queens actor Leah Remini has left the Church of Scientology. Remini is reported to have disagreed with the church's management, the major factor in her decision to leave.

The Church is notoriously secretive and in commenting on Remini they have remained as elusive as ever. A spokesperson for the Church said in a statement: "the Church respects the privacy of parishioners and has no comment about any individual Church member."

The actor who played Edward Cullen and the target of many a frenzied tweenage fan melt-down, Robert Pattinson, is set to be back in the game; only weeks after his split with Twilight co-star and long-term on/off girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. The Daily Mail reports that the pair were spotted speeding around L.A in Rob's pickup truck over the past weekend.

The relationship, described as "short-term lust right now rather than long-term love" by The Mail's source, is rather too out in the open for heart-broken Stewart, who is said to be "devastated" that her long-time lover has moved on from her since their May split. After the initial reports that Rob was dating 'I Kissed A Girl' singer Katy Perry, this last rumour is just a bit too painful for the 23- year-old. Keough and Stewart are said to be good friends after meeting on the set of 2010's The Runaways movie where they co-starred. Keough was certainly close enough the On The Road actress to be invited to her 23rd birthday celebrations - she was pictured attending Stewart's Mexican cantina birthday party.

Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of one of the most famous people to have graced the Earth, has been getting a few people in the English countryside 'All Shook Up' as she has been serving them their fish and chips from the back of a van for some time. Elvis' daughter and her husband, Michael Lockwood, have been helping out one of their friends in the small East Sussex village of Rotherfield since making friends some month ago, with the famous pair regularly popping in to their mobile chippy to lend a helping hand.

Lisa Marie and her husband moved into a £9 million mansion in the area some two years ago and began visiting the local pub, the King's Arms, where they met Justin and Kim Scales, who run the business as well as the pub. Whilst a helping hand is always appreciated, Mrs Scales admitted to the Mailonline that given her serving techniques she wont be considered for a paying job any time soon. She told the online publication, " She got the fish all upside down and was totally cack-handed."

Since moving, Lisa Marie has become fully immersed in the local culture and has tipped her hat to the British way of life, saying in a recent interview for BBC Radio 2 that she much prefers the way of life in Britain as opposed to living amongst "self-absorbed" Californians.
