The gender and age gap in Hollywood has been one of the most talked-about issues in the movie industry of the year so far, and Liv Tyler has become the latest star to add her voice to the conversation, saying that being in her late thirties means she’s being treated like “a sort of second-class citizen” when it comes to roles that she’s cast in.

Tyler turned 38 in July this year, describing it as a “crazy number”. She has found that in the recent past that she’s frequently being assigned minor roles in movies that are usually merely as somebody’s wife.

Liv Tyler has found the cutest way possible to share her newborn son’s unique name with the world. Posting a picture on Instagram of his tiny hand in hers and holding an anchor necklace, the actress revealed her son’s name as the nicely nautical, Sailor Gene Gardner.

Congratulations are in order for new mom Liv Tyler

Sailor arrived in the world six weeks early on February 11th, with father David Gardner confirming the news via his Instagram page. "Our little one has arrived...Beautiful baby boy...Happy Valentines Day!" he captioned a photograph of the baby’s tiny hand holding his finger last week.

Liv Tyler and her partner David Gardner now confirm the arrival of their first child together, following the birth on Wednesday (February 11th 2015). It's a baby boy, which marks Tyler's second son in total.

The child (whose name is yet to be publicly announce - or even chosen, for all we know) remains healthy according to their representative, despite allegedly being two and a half months premature. He may have to remain under the watchful eye of doctors for a few weeks, but the family appears confident in his condition.

Liv Tyler is going to become a mother once again! The 37 year-old actress is reportedly expecting her first child with current boyfriend Dave Gardner, she is already a mom to 9-year-old son Milo William Langdon, whom she shares with ex-husband Royston Langdon.

The 'Leftovers' actress was spotted on vacation in Formentera, Spain, with Gardner last month, revealing a tiny baby bump while wearing a bikini, according to Us Weekly. A source told the mag Kate Moss introduced the loved up pair, and that "Dave's perfect for her."

Now that The Leftovers is on its second episode, it’s time to proceed with the (very spoilery) recap f this episode’s key events. In the second episode, Penguin 1, Us Zero, we begin to see that Police Chief Kevin Garvey (Justin Theroux, might be more than a little unhinged. Judging by his collection of pill bottles and his erratic behavior, which has led all of Mapleton to suspect him for the recent spree of dog murders, Kevin can’t really be trusted, no more than anyone else in this shady town.

Meanwhile, things get heated at Wayne Gilchrest Jr. aka Holly Wayne’s camp. Wayne has been convicted of statutory rape before, due to his penchant for teenage girls. But that was back in Philadelphia. Here in Mapleton, he’s made a name for himself since the departure – as the guy who can “hug the pain out of people.” He’s also doing his thing with underage girls though, so when the FBI storm his ranch on an anonymous tip, we know this was a long time coming. The agents shoot at everyone, who isn’t a teenage girl.

We all know that Lady GaGa loves to shock, so no one was actually that surprised to see the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills make a cameo appearance in her new ‘ARTPOP’ music video for ‘G.U.Y.’ Gaga isn’t the only musician to make use of celebrities in her music videos, although she is certainly the first to dress up reality TV stars as an ancient Greek chorus. The video for ‘G.U.Y.’ sees Lisa Vanderpump playing the tambourine, while Kim and Kyle Richards play guitars, Carlton Gebbia strums the harp with Yolanda Foster on the cello.  No one can call Gaga unoriginal!
