friends, and fortunately for hip hop fans, as well as being 50's mate, Banks is no slouch when it comes to rhyming. The album is filled with the type of catchy East Coast hooks that G-Unit fans have become accustomed to, coupled with Banks' stand-out-from-the-crowd rhymes that have earned him his reputation.

Critically acclaimed by the underground hip hop scene, Banks was recently nominated for the coveted Mixtape Artist of the Year award at the Mixtape Awards. Judging from the reaction in the US so far he's set to be as popular overground as he is underground with the album shipping over 1million copies ahead of release, making it a strong contender for #1. And Warrior' has been lighting up mixtapes in America while On Fire' is making a big impact in the charts Stateside.

The Hunger For More' will focus on Banks' own rap skills, but does boast an impressive supporting cast including Banks' fellow G-Unit members, Snoop Dogg and Nate Dogg as well as production from Eminem, Dr. Dre, Sha Money XL and Timbaland.

Beg For Mercy', the debut album from G-Unit (which also features Young Buck and Tony Yayo), has also proved a big success, selling 220,000 copies in the UK to date. Young Buck's solo album Welcome to Ca$hville' is also near to release, and is due to hit the shops in July. G-Unit will also be appearing with 50 Cent at his upcoming UK dates in the summer including the main support slot at the Reading/Leeds Festival.
