Los Campesinos release their debut double a-sided single, We Throw Parties, You Throw Knives / Don't Tell Me To Do The Math(s) on limited edition 7" (with coloured vinyl and special free gift insert!). Also this has been given up as a free download.

First up is We Throw Parties, You Throw Knives xylophones, violins, guitars, drums and double vocals is the invention of this crazy new sound. There seems to be no direction whatsoever to this, but the strange thing is, it's this that makes the track its own. Los Campesinos produce a none offensive sound that everyone can relate to and love. Next up is Don't Tell Me To Do The Math(s) which is a quicker, quirky style song and you can't imagine this band with out both singers. Mind you, you just can't imagine a straight forward three guitars and a drum song from these.

Seven members that create this blissful new sound have decided to ditch their algebra books for a new exciting life in a band, if tracks like this are anything to go by then you can see a lot of dust building on those books!
