One Direction star Louis Tomlinson is reportedly willing to settle his custody dispute with the mother of his son Briana Jungwirth, if he’s given pre-approval of all pictures of Freddie she posts on social media. It was reported last week that Louis had filed for joint custody of Freddie, asking for 50/50 physical and legal custody between him and Jungwirth.

TMZ reports that Louis would like to avoid a court battle with Briana and has laid out his terms, which include getting pre-approval rights of any pictures of Freddie Briana wants to post on social media.

But Briana reportedly says that she has the right as a proud mother to post any pictures of her son that she wants to, and since she’s never said a bad word about Louis he has nothing to complain about.

The issues between Louis and Briana are said to have started when he began dating Danielle Campbell. A source told People magazine last week that, "When Louis started dating Danielle, Briana was upset and that's when the drama started.”

A rep for Louis also recently issued a statement to People asking for privacy for his five-month-old son. The statement said that the "the levels of paparazzi attention on Freddie" pose security issues and are "intolerable and completely unjustifiable.”

The attention put on Freddie is said to be impacting on Tomlinson’s visitation time and is impinging on the baby's day-to-day life, including doctor's visits. "Louis appreciates, respects and values his relationship with the media and we hope he and his son are afforded the same respect on this matter," the statement added.
