Luke Bryan's concert blunder left him with injuries.

The Award-winning country singer embarrassingly fell off stage in mid-performance during his Charlotte, North Carolina, concert on Thursday night (May 29th).

Bryan was midway through singing a cover of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' 'Can't Hold Us' when his clumsy blunder occurred.

But the 37 year-old didn't let this stop him, he quickly got back on stage as the backing musicians tried their best to cover the fall up.

"Check this out: The last time I was in North Carolina I busted my ass on stage!" Bryan told the packed-out crowd, referring to previously taking a spill this past February during a show in Greensboro.

"What is it about North Carolina that makes me bust my ass? Please YouTube that s--t!" he joked.

Once recovered, Bryan dove into a fast paced a cappella version of his hit 'Crash My Party,' and changed several lyrics about the fall.

One of the concertgoers actually did put a video on YouTube, and one viewer commented, "That is so funny! poor thing!"

After the show Bryan took to Twitter to give concerned fans an update on his injuries, tweeting, "I'm good. Few stitches."

By the following morning his manager and country music concert promoter, Brian O'Connell, was making fun of the star.
